Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the property condition and scope described at the time of assessment. If the actual scope differs significantly, we will discuss it with you and get your approval before doing additional work.

Scheduling and Weather

Service dates are scheduled in advance but may shift due to weather or conditions that make work unsafe. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange the earliest suitable alternative.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Cancellations with shorter notice may be subject to a small fee.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of each service unless a seasonal contract specifies otherwise. We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments including Zelle and Venmo.

Insurance and Liability

We carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden irrigation lines, invisible pet fencing, or unmarked utilities. Please point out anything on your property we should avoid before work begins.

Photography

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. Photos never include identifying details such as house numbers or names. Let us know if you would prefer we not photograph your property.
