For most Connecticut lawns, weekly mowing is ideal during peak growing season (May through September). During slower growth periods in spring and fall, bi-weekly mowing may be sufficient. We will assess your specific lawn type and growth rate to recommend the perfect schedule.
In Connecticut, spring clean-ups are best performed in late March through April, once the ground has thawed and temperatures consistently stay above freezing. Early spring clean-ups set the foundation for a healthy, vibrant lawn. We recommend booking early as our schedule fills up fast in spring!
The amount of mulch needed depends on the size of your beds and desired depth. For optimal plant health, we recommend 2-3 inches of mulch in landscape beds. During your free estimate, we will calculate the exact amount needed and provide several mulch type options.

Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of your property, the specific services requested, the current condition of your lawn or landscape, and the frequency of service. We always provide a detailed, written estimate before any work begins.
Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency. The price we quote you is the price you pay. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will always discuss it with you and get your approval before proceeding.
We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments including Zelle and Venmo for your convenience. Payment is typically due upon completion of each service. For seasonal contract clients, we offer flexible billing arrangements.
We understand that life happens! We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a small fee. In the event of inclement weather, we will proactively reach out to reschedule.
